How long does shipping take? International shipping takes 7-14 business days. We know waiting is tough, but trust us – it's worth it!

How do I track my order? Head to our "Order Tracking" page and enter your order number. Tracking info gets uploaded as soon as your order ships.

🔄 Returns

What's your return policy? You have 30 days after delivery to return items. They need to be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

💳 Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us on primehits.team@gmail.com ASAP! If we haven't shipped it yet, we can usually make changes. Once it's shipped, it's too late.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
